Charles left the Marines in 2014 and joined Xtreme Solutions Inc where served as assistant facility security officer, HR assistant, and a account manager for government contracts valued at over $8 million annually. He then started a private protection firm known as James Dynamics. To gain more knowledge in the industry he become a police officer for metro Atlanta law enforcement agencies serving for almost 8 years. One of his most notable accomplishments during that time is that he received the highest Police Officer award known as the Medal of Valor due to his heroic actions in October of 2017. Also he became a Field Training Officer and Sergeant which made him apart of selecting and training police officers. He left full time policing and made James Dynamics fully active in 2022. Since then he has worked as a sub contractor on billion dollar contracts providing top tier protection. Charles' knowledge, training, and experience makes him a valuable member to the Tri-Tac team.
Kayce began her career in the Army Reserves in 2007. She is a combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom where she served from 2009-2010. Upon her return, she began her policing career in 2011 with a metro Atlanta Police Department where she served for approximately 12 years where she also obtained her BA in Criminal Justice.

She was selected to serve on the Protective Service Unit. She underwent extensive training in dignitary and politician protection. She was responsible for the safety of top officials during this time. She also received extensive training at the Regional Counterdrug Training Academy. This allowed her to be selected to on The Special Operations Unit in the Narcotics Division. She was promoted to Patrol Sergeant where received a life-saving award in 2020 for saving a human life through medical efforts that exceeded the normal call of duty.
She was then chosen to supervise the Background and Recruiting Unit. She faced the challenges associated with recruiting police officers and only allowed top tier candidates into the profession. She left full time policing and became the CEO of a personal protection company known as Tac-10. Where she has worked as a sub-contractor on billion dollar contracts. Kayce's unique industry knowledge, training and experience make her an esteemed member to the Tri-Tac team.
Hannah started her law enforcement career in 2014 and has 10 years experience working with metro Atlanta agencies. She has a wide variety of experience from investigations, specialized drug task force and working undercover operations. Hannah got selected to be on the fugitive task force. This assignment sent her all over the US apprehend
Hannah started her law enforcement career in 2014 and has 10 years experience working with metro Atlanta agencies. She has a wide variety of experience from investigations, specialized drug task force and working undercover operations. Hannah got selected to be on the fugitive task force. This assignment sent her all over the US apprehending dangerous fugitives who have fled out of state. She lead operations that led up to successful apprehensions of the most wanted fugitives . She has worked alongside with secret service and federal task force operators from all over the country. Hannah then went on to become the first female SWAT team member for a Metro Atlanta SWAT team.
Another accomplishment was Hannah becoming the first female Sniper on the team. Hannah then decided she wanted to pursue the defense industry. She started her company HJ Services in 2015. She successful manages and coordinates officers all over the state of Georgia for defense and logistical work. She is known for being the coordinator for Pike Electric Co. where she oversaw over 30 subcontracted officers daily. Hannah's drive and relationships makes her a strong addition to the Tri-Tac team.
